Attention: Take this class if you have never taken the BLS class before or you have an expired BLS Provider card.

This course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.

Includes:

  • Recognition of life-threatening emergencies
  • CPR for adults, children, and infants
  • High-quality chest compressions for adults, children, and infants
  • Important early use of an AED
  • Effective ventilations 
  • One rescuer or team of rescuers CPR
  • Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants

Terms and conditions

Refund Policy: Cancellations prior to the start of any course will result in an administrative fee of $25.00. No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the course date.

Rescheduling Policy: Reschedules will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00. You have 45 days from the original course date to reschedule your class. If you do not successfully complete the rescheduled course, it will be treated as a new registration and the student is required to pay for a new class.

No Show: There is NO Refund for no-shows. The student will have to register and pay for a new class.

Tardy Policy: Please make plans to arrive on time. Students arriving more than 10 minutes after the class starts time will need to reschedule by paying for a new class.

Attention: This is the BLS Renewal Class. A non-expired  AHA BLS card is required. 

If your card is expired, please choose the BLS for Healthcare Providers "Initial" class.

  • The training is approved by the American Heart Association and the certification is valid for 2 years.
 
Training Components:
  • This is an instructor-led training where you will complete the course, and a skills assessment with manikins to demonstrate what you've learned.
